Independent Study
The Independent Study (IS) program offers a means of individualizing the educational plan for students whose needs may be best met through study outside regular classroom settings.
It is an alternative instructional strategy by which students may reach curriculum objectives and fulfill their academic requirements.
Participation in the IS program requires the approval of a site administrator.
